
Dr. Aaron Sebach is a nationally board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner.
Dr. Sebach has performed firefighter and Department of Transportation (DOT) physical examinations for nearly 15 years across the Delmarva Penninsula. He is a volunteer firefighter/paramedic and understands the unique physical and regulatory requirements of commercial drivers and fire service professionals.
Dr. Sebach earned his Doctor of Philosophy from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, Doctor of Nursing Practice from Salisbury University, Post-Masters Family Nurse Practitioner Certificate from Salisbury University, Post-Masters Acute Care Nurse Practitioner Certificate from Saint Louis University, Post-Masters Public Health Nursing Leadership Certificate from Wilmington University, Master of Business Administration from Columbia Southern University, Master of Science in Nursing from Salisbury University, Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Salisbury University, and Associate of Applied Science in Paramedicine from Wor-Wic Community College.
He is nationally board-certified as a Community Paramedic (CP-C) and is a Fellow of the American Assocation of Nurse Practitioners (FAANP), Distinguished Practitioner and Fellow of the National Academies of Practice (FNAP), and Senior Fellow of Hospital Medicine (SFHM).
Dr. Tammy Walbert is a nationally board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 25 years of experience in family medicine, urgent care, emergency medicine, and community wellness.
Dr. Walbert is a volunteer Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) and EMS Officer with Parsonsburg Fire Department. She is nationally board certified as a Community Paramedic (CP-C).
Dr. Walbert earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice, Master of Science in Nursing, and Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Wilmington University.
Jessica Stoner is a nationally board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with experience in family medicine and community wellness. She is a nationally board-certified Community Paramedic (CP-C).
Jessica earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Wilmington University, Master of Science in Biomedical Science from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, and Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Thomas Jefferson University, and Bachelor of Science in Biology from Salisbury University.
Crystal is an experienced medical assistant in urgent care and occupational medicine. She is NIOSH certified to perform spirometry examinations and is well-versed in NFPA 1582 and DOT FMCSA regulations.
Crystal is a volunteer firefighter/EMT with the Salisbury Fire Department.
Dr. Charles Dolan is a healthcare executive with over 30 years of experience. He is nationally board-certified as a Critical Care Paramedic (CCP-C), Flight Paramedic (FP-C), and Community Paramedic (CP-C).
Dr. Dolan is a volunteer firefighter/paramedic and EMS Officer with the Salisbury Fire Department.
We offer on-site firefighter, Department of Transportation (DOT), and sports physical examinations.
Respiratory firefighter exams include a comprehensive history and physical, medication reconcilliation, electrocardiogram (EKG), spirometry, and review of the OSHA Respirator Medical Evaluation Questionnaire.
DOT exams are conducted in accordance with Federal Motor Carrier Safety Agency (FMCSA) guidelines.

Drivers of commercial motor vehicles (CMVs) that weigh over 10,000 lbs, carry more than 8 passengers, or transport hazardous materials are required to undergo regular DOT physical examinations.

Each examination takes between 30-45 minutes.
We will email the required paperwork for you/your team members to complete prior to the on-site appointment. Please have a medication list and medical records related to chronic conditions (e.g., CPAP compliance report) readily available.
